Import reviews from Facebook pages

To import reviews from Facebook pages, please follow these steps:

Step 1- Connect to your Facebook profile by clicking the Facebook Login button. Confirm to log in to your Facebook profile.

Step 2- Select pages that you want to import reviews from

• Click the option Opt in to current Pages only.

• Select one or more pages you want to import reviews from.

• Click NEXT to finish connecting your pages to the app.

Step 3- You will be directed back to the admin page and choose a page to import the reviews. Click Get review when done selecting

Step 4- Manage reviews

In the Select Review tab, you can:

• Publish or unpublish imported reviews: In the Actions column, check or uncheck the option to show the review.

** Please note that all imported reviews will be published by default immediately after you complete imported reviews from Facebook

• Search reviews by reviewer name, content review, and create time

• Convert all ratings to 5 stars

• Update/ Reset Review: Update the newest review from the Facebook Page
